The vendor must repaint each vehicle in conformance with a specified color scheme (Ivy Green DuPont 4814 and Rose Metallic DuPont 7205 or approved equal), remove and reinstall under-hood and under-trunk components, remove and reinstall rear gate glass with new OEM rubber seals on Chevrolet Tahoe SUVs, and paint in a downdraft spray booth capable of baking the finish. The vendor must also apply custom-cut decals and lettering (including 'Flying V' door decals, 'DEPARTMENT OF SAFETY', 'STATE TROOPER', 'STATE POLICE', and American flag decals) using specified reflective vinyl films with a 5-year service life. Additionally, the vendor must install all required equipment as detailed in Bid Offer Attachments A and B, with the exceptions of radar, radio, and camera equipment which NHSP provides. The vendor must provide, install, and configure all other materials and equipment, including lighting, wiring, console, computer, radio equipment, partitions, gun rack, cargo storage, and battery voltage package, and must deliver the fully upfitted vehicles to NHSP Headquarters in Concord, NH.
