The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a requirement for providing Initial and Recurrent Ground School, Flight Training Device (if applicable) and Simulator training to FAA inspectors/pilots in the Airbus A-330. The FAA contemplates award of a Fixed Price - Indefinite Delivery/Requirements type contract with 1-year base with 1, 4 year option periods. The award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price technically acceptable proposal.

Technical and cost proposals in accordance with Section L guidelines must be received by the FAA no later than 2:00 P.M. CDT, October 9, 2026. Bids can be electronically submitted to joe.oglesby@faa.gov.
In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 2:00 P.M. CDT, October 9, 2026, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award.
The contractor provides initial and recurrent Airbus A-330 pilot qualification training (ground school, flight training device at minimum Level 5 FTD, and flight simulator at minimum Level "C"), flight test engineer ground school, and supplementary training hours for FAA inspectors/pilots, over a base year and four option years.
