INJECTION WELL FAILURE MODE EVALUATION

The contractor shall review project documentation, identify and evaluate potential failure modes for surface, subsurface, and reservoir systems (including single-point, multiple-point, cascading, and catastrophic failures), identify operational indicators of failure, recommend detection methods and monitoring techniques, propose risk assessment metrics, and prepare a draft and final report. The contractor must also participate in bi-weekly progress meetings and ensure all work is supervised by a registered professional engineer.
