Mold Remediation & Water Intrusion Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, PPE, supervision, testing and documentation to assess, mitigate, remediate and prevent mold growth and water intrusion across VAMC Dallas, VAMC Garland, Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center in Bonham, Grand Prairie Outpatient Clinic and the Herzog Building. Work includes tiered emergency response and stabilization, water extraction, dehumidification and structural drying, moisture mapping, containment with negative pressure and HEPA filtration per PCRA/ICRA, controlled removal and cleaning of porous and non-porous materials, HVAC isolation and cleaning, antimicrobial application, drying to ASHRAE 160 targets, post-remediation verification with IEP support when required, ICRA/PCRA permitting, Texas TDLR notifications, daily logs, photographs, pressure and moisture monitoring records, PRV reports and final closeout packages, with no reconstruction authorized.
