The selected consultants will provide asbestos and lead consulting and abatement services including construction document review, building inspections and bulk sampling, preparation of abatement specifications and plans, compliance inspections and environmental monitoring, and quality control programs. Services may also include mold and creosote consulting such as surveying for water intrusion and mold growth, moisture mapping, preparing work plans for mold mitigation, monitoring mitigation activities, and creosote-specific hazardous materials consulting. Consultants will also perform document and submittal review, and compliance and field monitoring of abatement activities. Work will be issued through individual task orders under a master agreement.
