Department of DefenseIssuing agency·Moffett Field, CA·via the SAM.gov Get Opportunities APIThe 129th Rescue Wing at Moffett ANGB requires the provision of physical therapy services under the Human Performance Optimization (HPO) program for Combat Rescue Officers (CROs) and Pararescuemen (PJs) assigned to the 131st Rescue Squadron, as described in the attached Performance Work Statement.
The contractor shall provide non-personal services for physical therapy and injury management for 131st Rescue Squadron members (AFSPECWAR operators, SERE, CMS) and 129th Operations Group aircrew. Services include injury evaluation, treatment plans, hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, use of therapeutic taping and soft-tissue mobilization, and monthly reporting on injuries, utilization, and equipment status. The contractor shall also serve as an advisor to unit leadership on injury prevention and performance optimization. Work is primarily performed at Moffett ANGB, buildings 663 and 665, with telework authorized for remote-compatible services.
