REPORTS - QUARTERLY Report 1 - Usage by Metropolitan Requester Under Metropolitan’s Inventory Replenishment Contract Program, the Supplier is responsible for delivery and tracking of all items ordered. The Supplier must furnish Metropolitan with quarterly reports showing usage and activity by item number, by dollar value, by description, and by Metropolitan Requester. Supplier shall provide copies of all reports to Agreement Administrator (2 sets). In addition, Metropolitan requires this report in a file format to be specified upon contract award.Report 2 - Usage by Product The Supplier shall provide Metropolitan a quarterly verifiable summary report for all items shipped for the previous quarter. These reports shall be by Metropolitan item numbers. The Usage by Product Report must show the item
