The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform medical reference laboratory tests at 18th Medical Group Laboratory, Bldg. 626, Room #LK08, Kadena Air Base, Japan. Services include picking up specimens Monday-Friday 0730-1630, transporting them in approved containers, and delivering test results within five days. Tests include Fungal Culture & ID, TSPOT-TB, Anti-Fungal Drug Susceptibility Test for Filamentous Fungus, Anti-Fungal Drug Susceptibility Test for Yeast Like Fungus, and TSPOT-TB Tubes. The contractor must maintain CAP accreditation and ensure all testing is performed by a CAP accredited laboratory. Individual BPA calls shall not exceed $25,000, with an overall BPA ceiling of $50,000 over the life of the BPA.
