A site visit will be conducted on** August 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT. **Interested offerors shall meet at 2713 Hogan Dam Road, Valley Springs, CA 95252. Point of Contact for Site Visit is Leah Peterson. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize offerors with the locations and conditions affecting contract performance. Offerors are responsible for all costs associated with attending the site visit. Failure to attend the site visit will not relieve the Contractor from performing all requirements of the contract.

Work includes removing one existing waterborne restroom; removal and disposal of all debris; preparation of a concrete pad approximately 27x33 feet; purchase and delivery of one new prefabricated concrete cast waterborne restroom with specific features (e.g., unisex restroom/shower combos, ADA compliance, specific electrical and plumbing fixtures); placement and connection of the restroom to existing water, electrical, and sewer utilities; and providing a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
