A site visit will be conducted on** August 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT. **Interested offerors shall meet at 2713 Hogan Dam Road, Valley Springs, CA 95252. Point of Contact for Site Visit is Leah Peterson. The purpose of the site visit is to familiarize offerors with the locations and conditions affecting contract performance. Offerors are responsible for all costs associated with attending the site visit. Failure to attend the site visit will not relieve the Contractor from performing all requirements of the contract.

The contractor shall demolish the existing restroom and remove all debris to an offsite location; prepare a prefabricated concrete pad (approximately 27x33 feet) after removing the entire existing slab and foundation; purchase and deliver one new prefabricated concrete cast waterborne restroom with a 26x30 footprint, including four unisex restroom/shower combos, a utility chase not exceeding 104 square feet, and features such as stainless steel fixtures, LED lighting, skylights, and ADA-compliant components; and place and connect the restroom to existing water, electrical, and sewer utilities. The work is to be performed at Acorn Campground, New Hogan Lake, Valley Springs, CA, with the campground remaining open during construction. The contractor is responsible for all delivery, crane work, and installation, and must coordinate with the COR. The period of performance is 365 days from award, with work to be performed within normal business hours (0800-1630, Monday through Friday) unless otherwise coordinated.
