The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials to open, inspect, report, overhaul, test, preserve, package and mark government-furnished Dual Point Davit Model DDP11000CTS to like-new Serviceable A condition for the 418-foot WMSL fleet, including receipt inspection, 60-day disassembly inspection with report and cost proposal, non-destructive inspection, overhaul of mechanical, hydraulic, boom, sheave, winch, constant tension and electrical systems, renewal of fasteners, seals, bearings and hydraulic hoses, coating, full static, dynamic and operational testing, installation of the DDP110000 constant tension upgrade and machinery space camera system, and ABS/SOLAS certification validation or renewal.
