Construction of Lane Formation

The contractor shall coordinate and reconfigure the intersection of Ayiou Prokopiou Street and Metochiou Street in Engomi, Nicosia, Cyprus. Work includes preliminary and safety works (traffic safety measures, site cleaning, coordination with Public Works Department), demolition and earthworks (general excavation to min 60 cm depth, approx. 110 m³, off-site removal of excavated material, preparation and compaction of subgrade over approx. 200 linear meters), curb/sidewalk/ramp works (supply and install precast curbstones approx. 70 m, asphalt cutting approx. 150 m, reconstruction of ramps and sidewalks approx. 75 m², concrete edging approx. 10 m), new asphalt works (crusher-run foundation approx. 60 m³, prime coat approx. 160 m², tack coat approx. 160 m², asphalt surface course 50 mm thick approx. 22 tons, binder course 70 mm thick approx. 30 tons, base course 200 mm thick approx. 75 tons, polymer-modified bitumen strip approx. 80 m), drainage and utility works (construction/reconstruction of Type G1 manholes 2 units, adjustment of road service covers 1 unit, locating/protecting/relocating road services and street lighting), and traffic infrastructure (relocation of traffic signal poles 2 units, installation of road markings and signage).
