Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Contractor shall provide cleaning services for three (3) recreation cabins on the Olympic National Forest. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. .
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 Janitorial Services The small business size standard is $22 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must provide all personnel, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to clean three remote recreation cabins (Louella, Interrorem, and Hamma Hamma) on a weekly and monthly basis, including kitchen and bathroom sanitizing, floor and window cleaning, housekeeping/groundskeeping tasks such as mowing lawns and removing debris, and restocking consumables like toilet paper, hand soap, and mouse traps, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan.
