The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, equipment, materials, transportation, and any other resources necessary to provide comprehensive waste management services for one (1) designated location, as detailed in this solicitation and the accompanying Statement of Work (SOW). All services shall be performed in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and performance standards set forth herein.
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive Common Waste Management Service for the New Embassy Compound (NEC) at Boulevard Austriaco 11-51 Zona 16, Guatemala City. Services include regular waste collection and disposal of common waste, waste separation and classification in accordance with Guatemalan Governmental Agreement 164-2021, transport of collected waste to an authorized Material Recovery Facility (MRF) or disposal facility, recycling and proper disposal with full documentation and traceability, monthly environmental impact reporting including quantification of materials recovered, and maintaining cleanliness in the collection areas. Collection is daily Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 15:30. The contract is for a one-year base period with one one-year option.
