Pre-Bid Conference: MANDATORY: September 8th, at 1pm, to be held at location Brothers Safety Rest Area, US 20 East of Bend Oregon
The contractor will provide all staffing, training, supervision, and equipment for janitorial services (including cleaning restrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning surfaces, emptying trash, restocking dispensers, and building security checks) on a schedule of Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday, and snow removal (accumulation of 2 inches or more) Monday through Friday at the Brothers Safety Rest Area. The contract also includes periodic services such as hard floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and wet scrubbing/sealing restroom floors twice per year.
