The vendor shall transport and deliver 16,000 gallons of Shell Gadinia 40W lube oil via truck to Pier 46F, USCG Base Seattle, 1519 Alaskan Way S, Seattle, WA 98134, using a 50–100 foot, 2-inch camlock hose. The vendor shall provide and place 600 feet of boom around the ship for the duration of the transfer. The vendor shall provide a receipt with total quantity delivered and price breakdown. The driver must have a Real ID to access the base. The customer will assist with moving and connecting the hose and will provide a safety observer onsite during the transfer.
