The contractor must perform 14 definite work items: load test the 28 Volt DC Helo Power Supply; load test the 400 Hz Power Supply (FCX Systems Inc); remove and reinstall both port and starboard windspeed transmitters (anemometers); calibrate the aviation fuel flow meter; inspect and test the helo talon grids; preserve helicopter operating area decks; renew the hangar joint; repair hangar stationary station plating; renew interior wet and dry deck covering; clean and inspect aviation fuel service tanks; clean and inspect aviation fuel stowage and overflow tanks; and renew hull plating and line up light. Two optional items cover partial preservation of aviation fuel service and storage tanks. The contractor must also comply with all general requirements in SFLC Std Spec 0000, including fire watch, preservation, welding, environmental protection, and local Navy facility regulations.
