The Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Healthcare System VA Medical Center (hereafter FNCVACHCS), and its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted Non-Emergent Ambulance Transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of Stretcher Transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Specialty Care Transport (SCT) or Critical Care Transport (CCT) services. The contactor shall make these ambulance services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for non-emergent ambulance transport services for the Fayetteville NC VA Coastal Healthcare System and its associated CBOCs. Services include Stretcher Transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Specialty Care Transport (SCT), and Critical Care Transport (CCT). The contractor must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, and must be capable of up to four simultaneous transportation requests. The contractor shall utilize the VetRide Vendor Portal for trip requests and invoicing, and must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including personnel security, background investigations, and HIPAA.
