Disconnect flexible ducting for cleaning and inspection, then reconnect properly and inspect when the system is running.

This project is being solicited in accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). The Government will issue a request for quotes directly from local HVAC contractors, and will not issue a solicitation on SAM.gov.
