Lutz VA Medical Center described herein. Wastewater Effluent Laboratory Analysis Services include, but are not limited to sample preparation, collection, and storage; transportation of wastewater effluent samples to a laboratory, performance of analytical testing; reporting of analytical test results; and consultative services.
Provide all labor, supplies, equipment and supervision for wastewater effluent sample preparation, collection and storage using grab or composite methods, maintain chain-of-custody, transport samples to the contractor laboratory, perform analytical testing under 40 CFR Part 136 with PCB testing by Method 608 and mercury by Method 245.1, provide formal analytical reports within 7 business days with threshold exceedance notification within 24 business hours, and provide customer service and consultative services.
