The anticipated NetApp ESL agreement will include a single, master end-user license agreement for all products and services ordered, providing benefits that individual DON users would not be able to achieve on their own. The agreement will include minimum discounts for each product line from NetApp’s Federal Price Lists and not-to-exceed limitations on year-over-year percentage increases on software and software renewal costs. It will allow agencies to establish agency-specific enterprise agreements benefiting from a more streamlined acquisition process.
