The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform hazardous waste disposal services. Upon notification by the COR, the contractor must visit the designated locations within five business days to assess, inventory, and prepare for removal all identified hazardous waste. The contractor shall remove all identified hazardous waste within fifteen business days after COR inventory list approval, ensure the waste is delivered to compliant facilities, and provide certificates of disposal no later than 60 days from the date the waste material is transported.
