620-23-205 Mission Critical Roofs Phase II

The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to replace roofs on buildings identified as mission critical. This project includes replacement of gabled, dormer and flat roofs on buildings 12 and 27 in accordance with the accompanying drawings, specifications, and any local and federal codes, regulations, and procedures. Construction activities also include fall protection and other structural components of the roofing systems as indicated by the bid documents. Construction activities include but are not limited to labor, material, equipment, and supervision required for roof demolition, fall protection demolition, asbestos abatement, roof installation, and fall protection installation. The contractor will be responsible to coordinate and schedule work and shall be expected to plan work typically during duty hours of 8AM to 430PM EST except as noted in the general conditions and as approved by the COR and CO.
