Solicitation number W9124C27QA005 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for OmniMetrix Cellular Generator Monitors. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Generator Monitoring as defined in this Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Response time: Questions are due no later than 10:00AM on 9 November 2026. Quotes are due no later than 10:00AM on 20 November 2026.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform Generator Monitoring. The contractor provides continuous monitoring for existing OmniMetrix cellular monitors on 15 generators at Fort Jackson to ensure compliance with environmental regulations 40 CFR Part 60 Subpart IIII and JJJJ and Part 63 Subpart ZZZZ, and provides Fort Jackson access to the OmniMetrix online portal that maintains real-time, up to date operating information for each generator. The contractor provides troubleshooting, maintenance and/or replacement of monitors and associated monitoring equipment (including wiring harnesses) that are no longer functioning, providing all replacement parts, labor and equipment. The maintenance technician shall be located within a 1 hour drive of Fort Jackson and must be on-site within 72 hours; non-functioning monitors must be operating properly within 30 days of reporting the problem. The contractor must also develop and maintain a quality control program and submit a written quality control plan within 30 days after award.
