Advance Notice: NEN IPT Engineering, Integration, and Program Management Support

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INDUSTRY: Competition is restricted EXCLUSIVELY to active SeaPort-NxG Small Business MAC holders. Offers from any entity that is not an active SeaPort-NxG Small Business MAC holder under NAICS 541330 at the time of proposal submission are non-conforming, will not be evaluated, and are ineligible for award. Non-SeaPort vendors shall not submit proposals in response to this solicitation.

SeaPort MAC holders will need to register for PIEE accounts in order to receive solicitations and submit proposals/offers. DESCRIPTION: The Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) Integrated Product Team (IPT) at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific supports Program Executive Office Digital (PEO Digital) and Enterprise Services delivering testing, implementation, and maintenance of the Navy overseas networks. The Contractor shall provide program management, integration, and technical services as defined herein to NIWC Pacific to meet program acquisition and installation objectives of the NEN project.

ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION RELEASE: The Government anticipates releasing the formal Task Order Request for Proposal (TORFP) via the PIEE Solicitation Module in mid to late June 2026. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe for planning purposes only and is subject to change based on internal routing and administrative requirements.
