HRD Shield Enclosure

The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials and equipment for the design, engineering, purchase of all materials, manufacturing, and assembly of the beamline shielded enclosures. The Contractor shall then deliver, install, and test the beamline shielded enclosures at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The work includes designing and validating the beamline shielding enclosures, ensuring the design conforms to specified thicknesses of shielding material, and including sufficient shielding overlap to prevent radiation leakage. The Contractor is also responsible for supplying all materials, tools, jigs, fixtures, and test equipment, as well as surveying, measurement, and alignment to ensure enclosures are installed according to BSA requirements. The Contractor must provide hands-on training for two BSA personnel for the safe operation and maintenance of all equipment.
