The United States Air Force – 18th Contracting Squadron, Kadena AB Japan (Okinawa) intends to award a Single Award, Requirements type Contract for DCDO Septic Tank and Sewage Maintenance for DCDO in Okinawa, Japan. This requirement will be for full and open competition. The period of performance for this contract will be 1 December 2026 – 30 November 2031.

The contractor provides all personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision to maintain septic tank and sewage treatment plant systems at DCDO, including quarterly inspection and testing of anaerobic filter bed, contact aeration chamber, sedimentation chamber, chlorination chamber and electric control panel, annual vacuum removal of sludge and cleaning, replacement of diffuser, consumables and diaphragm, annual drain and high-pressure cleaning of the oil/water separator tank, semi-annual rust removal and painting, routine service calls within 24 hours, and quarterly reporting of work accomplished.
