The contractor shall furnish and deliver one Transamerica Delaval Inc. Model B3EBX-187S JP5 Transfer Pump (vendor part number B3EBX-187S) to the MSC Warehouse at 1968 GILBERT STREET, NAVAL BASE BLDG W143 DW 10, Norfolk, VA 23511-2313, with delivery on or before 17 September 2027. The pump is a direct replacement for an installed pump at end of service life on the USNS Comfort (T-AH 20). The contractor must provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. Packaging and marking must comply with DODMANUAL 4140.01, Volume 9, MIL-STD 2073-1(series) or ASTM D3951(series), and crating must meet ISPM Publication No. 15. Markings on the outside of the box/crate/container shall consist of a minimum 2-inch stenciled letters with MARK FOR: USNS COMFORT (T-AH 20). Deliveries require 48-hour advance notification to MSC_N48_Transportation_Team@us.navy.mil, phone number 757-443-3888.
