The contractor shall provide comprehensive OEM-certified support for all Karl Storz OR1 integrated operating room systems installed across VISN 23, including NEO IP video routing and control systems, AIR system components, 4K Boom Room configurations, AIDA Bella recording modules, StreamConnect servers and streaming nodes, OR wall and surgical displays, CollaboratOR hardware, and associated UPS units. Support includes scheduled preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, calibration, electrical safety inspection per NFPA 99), unlimited corrective maintenance with OEM-certified repair technicians, software and firmware updates/upgrades/patches, remote technical support 24/7/365, onsite service when remote resolution is not possible, replacement parts with overnight availability, cybersecurity artifacts (MDS2, 6550 forms, network diagrams, TRM compliance, FIPS certifications), coordination with VA for system downtime and EHR integration, and training for clinical, technical, and biomedical staff. The contractor must maintain ≥ 98.9% system uptime, meet defined SLA response targets (Urgent: 1-hour callback, 1-hour remote login, 8-hour restoration), provide monthly service reports, and comply with all VA security and privacy requirements including VA 6500/6550, MOU/ISA, BAA, FIPS 140-3, and TRM compliance.
