The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Patuxent River, MD has a requirement to procure FortiNet FortiGate software license support and subscription renewals to support the communications security for the P-8A Poseidon aircraft. This effort will support the requirements of the United States Navy, Royal Australian Air Force (P-8A Cooperative Partner), as well as Foreign Military Sales customers to include United Kingdom, Norway, Republic of Korea, Canada, New Zealand, and Germany.

The Contractor shall provide Fortinet FortiGuard annual and partial-year license subscriptions for Government-operated FortiGate SX and BX modules in support of the P-8A Poseidon aircraft program. This includes authorized access to current FortiGuard Antivirus (AV) and Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) update files through the Fortinet/FortiGuard portal. The contract covers a base year from 1 February 2027 through 31 January 2028 and four additional ordering years through 31 January 2032. FortiGate SX modules are end-of-life and receive coverage only through the base year. The Contractor is not required to provide FortiCare services, product maintenance, technical support, hardware support, repair, replacement, or any other FortiCare service.
