The contractor shall perform the tasks specified and all implied tasks required by the Statement of Work. Please see the attachments to this announcement for the solicitation and supporting documents.
Questions are due to the contracting officer and contract specialist by 15 September 2026. Questions submitted after this date may not be answered prior to the closing of this solicitation.
The contractor shall renovate the male hangar bathroom/locker room by painting walls, replacing sinks, mirrors, shelving, toilets, urinals, floor drains, skylight/exhaust fan, demolishing the tiled shower area, capping plumbing, applying epoxy flooring, and installing drywall for a new locker area. In the female hangar bathroom/locker room, the contractor shall paint walls, install water-resistant flooring over existing laminate, replace the shower, sinks, trash bin, and toilets. In the female locker room, the contractor shall paint walls and replace carpet with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The contractor must also provide project management, protect adjacent areas, dispose of debris, and submit submittals for approval. Work hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
