Campuswide Restrooms Renovations - Phase 2
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, testing, inspections, coordination, temporary facilities, protection, demolition, installation, restoration, cleanup, and other incidentals necessary to provide a complete and fully operational restroom renovation project at the R.S. Music and Biggers Art facilities at Texas Southern University. The work includes selective demolition and reconfiguration of existing restroom layouts to improve accessibility and achieve compliance with applicable accessibility standards. The scope includes replacement of plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, finishes, and associated work within the designated restroom areas. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be modified as necessary to accommodate the new restroom layouts and support the renovations. The project scope is limited to the designated restroom areas and associated work shown in the drawings.
