Solicitation number 127EAY27Q0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for all technical, performance, reporting, and compliance requirements for contractor-provided campground sanitation and administrative office janitorial services for the Mt. Shasta–McCloud Ranger Districts.
This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
Site Visit:
A site visit will be held on 13 October 2026 from 9:30 AM PDT to 11:30 AM PDT. The site visit will begin at the Mt Shasta Ranger Station & Visitor Center (204 West Almo St. Shasta, CA 96067). Please send the CO, Kari Hughes, kari.hughes@usda.gov an email if you will be attending. This will be the ONLY site visit for this requirement. Site visit is NOT mandatory.
Provide twice-weekly office janitorial services on Wednesdays and Fridays including restroom cleaning and restocking, trash removal, floor sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, kitchen and breakroom cleaning, high-touch disinfection and monthly dusting, plus quarterly carpet and window cleaning and annual deep cleaning of all facility areas at the Mt Shasta and McCloud Ranger Stations and Visitor Centers, and provide seasonal four-times-per-week toilet cleaning and restocking, trash removal and bag replacement, litter policing and minor biohazard cleanup Friday through Monday from May through October at Bunny Flat, McBride, McCloud Reservoir, Lower/Middle/Upper Falls, Lakin Dam, Camp 4, Cattle Camp and Algoma day use sites, furnishing all equipment, supplies, transportation, labor and supervision except Government-furnished consumables and bins for day-use sites.
