The consultant will conduct investigations under five tasks: Task 1 – Investigation of Employee EHS Concerns; Task 2 – Investigation of EHS Incidents (accidents, near misses, injuries, releases); Task 3 – Investigation of Workplace Violence Incidents; Task 4 – Investigatory Reports (written reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations); Task 5 – Additional Expert Technical Services (including Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, engineering expertise, and laboratory support). The contract is for standby services for a three-year term with a one-year renewal option. Workplace violence investigations are typically completed within 60 to 90 days; EHS investigations within three to six months.
