Citywide Administrative ServicesIssuing agency·New York, NY·via NYC Open DataThe City of New York Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking up to five (5) qualified vendors (hereafter, the Vendor(s) and Contractor(s)) to perform appraisal reports of real estate in New York City, through the issuance of Work Orders. Appraiser may occasionally be required to perform appraisals outside of New York City as needed by DCAS. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Proposal Method, Section 3-03 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.

The selected Vendor will be responsible for delivering appraisal reports, market rent appraisal reports, and appraisal review reports conforming to USPAP (Service Option One) or UASFLA (Service Option Two). Services include performing appraisals of vacant land and improved properties of various sizes, providing draft and final reports with specified content such as photographs, zoning data, and valuation analysis, and collaborating with DCAS on work orders. The Vendor must maintain subscriptions to real estate publications and have key staff including an MAI designated appraiser and New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraisers.
