The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with one 12-month base ordering period and four 12-month option ordering periods. The anticipated start date for services is August 1, 2027. The anticipated base period is August 1, 2027, through July 31, 2028, with an ordering period extending through July 31, 2032, if all options are exercised. Services will be authorized and funded through written task orders identifying covered facilities, performance periods, and applicable requirements.
The contract minimum guarantee is $25,000, and the maximum ordering ceiling is $2,600,000. The ceiling does not represent guaranteed expenditures or orders beyond the contract minimum.
Section F of the attached solicitation identifies the CLINs, service descriptions, quantities, units of measure, and performance periods. Offerors shall complete that price schedule with firm-fixed monthly pricing by facility for the base period and each option period. The total evaluated price will include the base period and all four option periods.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are Technical Capability, Past Performance, Management Approach, and Price. When combined, the non-price factors are significantly more important than price.
