The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform a comprehensive confined space assessment at BARC, including a full survey to verify, identify, and classify all confined spaces; inspect all confined space entry and rescue equipment; review qualifications and training records of BARC staff; evaluate the existing confined space program; and compile all findings into a single Final Comprehensive Report with corrective actions.
