The contractor will conduct presence/absence surveys for the Dakota Skipper and other lepidopteran species on the Little Missouri National Grassland. Tasks include 12 days of field work following USFWS survey protocols, submission of a draft and final work plan, a progress report, and a final report with GIS deliverables. The contractor must hold a USFWS 10(a)(1)(A) permit for Dakota Skipper. Field work is expected to begin around June 15th and be completed by approximately July 19th, with all work completed by November 8, 2027.
