The contractor will collect market rental data for each communications use type in the Proposed Rental Fee Schedules (Priority 1: 11 use types including AM Radio, FM Radio, Cellular, Microwave, etc.; Priority 2: 10 use types including Cable Television, Commercial Mobile Radio Service, etc.). Data collection will include leases on private, state, and local government lands. Deliverables include market survey data in digital format and a written market study report summarizing findings, including narrative and graphical summarization. The contractor must provide information on each comparable lease (e.g., address, coordinates, rent, terms, population zone). The performance period is approximately 120 days after notice to proceed, with an alternative schedule allowed with justification.
