The contractor shall provide on-site medical services for all students at the Jacobs Creek Job Corps Center, including examinations and assessments, treatment, issuance of prescriptions and immunizations, monitoring health conditions, recommending hospitalization, follow-up care, prevention planning and intervention, and all other services required by the Statement of Work. Services must be provided by licensed medical professionals (Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant) for 400 total annual hours, with a base year and four one-year options plus a six-month extension. The contractor must coordinate with center staff, maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
