The supplier will be required to load, transport, and unload all classes of mail at the headout, en route, and destinating offices. The supplier must case mail, deliver mail to customer mail boxes (including cluster box units), collect mail properly tendered by customers, and perform associated administrative services such as address management and mail forwarding. The supplier must also sell stamps, accept money order applications, and handle special services like registered, certified, insured, and COD mail. The route operates daily except Sundays and holidays, with a frequency of K7 (303.07 annual trips). The supplier must report in sufficient time to case, load, and depart on schedule, and is responsible for the delivery of all mail in all situations.
