then publicly opened.

The purchaser will fell and remove designated salvage trees (pine and hardwood sawtimber, chip-n-saw/pallet and pulpwood) from the designated areas as needed, at the purchaser's own expense for labor and equipment. Work includes lopping tops near public roads, constructing water bars on skid trails, slash disposal, protecting roads and facilities, following Texas Forest Service BMPs, paying per-unit bid prices, and submitting weekly scale/weight reports.
