The contractor shall provide one (1) preventive maintenance inspection per year, including inspection, cleaning, lubrication, replacement or repair of worn parts, adjustment, and calibration to maintain the instrument to manufacturer's specifications. Emergency repair service is provided on an unlimited basis at no additional cost. The contractor shall furnish all required OEM replacement parts (excluding consumables) at no additional cost. Service must be performed by a certified factory-trained Field Service engineer. The contract covers the Leica BOND RX automated staining platform (SN: 3498217) owned by the Government.
