The selected contractors will provide clean, safe, and secure single and double occupancy lodging rooms within a 15-mile driving radius of JBSA-Lackland or JBSA-Fort Sam Houston to support transient military and civilian personnel. The agreements will cover a 12-month base period with four subsequent one-year option periods.
All direct-billed government reservations must be processed as tax-exempt.
