Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France will launch this solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.
The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.

The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision to remove existing carpet and furniture, prepare the subfloor, and install new carpet tiles (Heuga 530 II Color Dove Blue or equivalent) in the Consular Waiting Area and Consular Lobby at the U.S. Embassy in Paris. Work includes phased planning, site protection, waste disposal, acclimatization of tiles, adhesive application, precise tile placement including stairs with anti-slip nosing and tactile warning surfaces, and provision of a 5% reserve stock. The contractor must submit a phasing plan, safety plan, and product data for approval, and work within specified hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00) while minimizing disruption to embassy operations.
