This informal bid solicitation is being conducted
pursuant to Title 31 Section 239(a)(3) of the Virgin Islands
Code. The Government reserves the right to cancel this informal
bid solicitation. All quotes must be submitted via GVIBuy for
consideration.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and incidental services to remove approximately 16' x 11' of existing carpet and padding, remove existing baseboards/base trimmings, install new carpet and padding provided by the Owner, install new base trimmings provided by the Owner, and prepare and paint designated walls using paint provided by BIT. The Contractor must also protect existing fixtures, maintain a safe work area, remove all debris, and leave the work area clean and ready for occupancy.
