Project 695-24-107 Replace Boilers 4 and 5 Clement J. Zablocki, VA Medical Center 5000 West National Avenue Milwaukee, WI 53295

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision to demolish existing Boilers 4 and 5 including controls, electronics and other electro-mechanical infrastructure and replace them with new mechanical, electrical and control systems at Building 112. Base bid demolishes and removes both boilers; Bid Alternate #1 demolishes and removes only Boiler #5 with ancillary piping and controls adjustments. Work includes new firetube boiler, economizer, steam header, steam, hydronic, fuel, feedwater and compressed air piping, boiler stacks and roofing, civil site work, electrical power and lighting, and boiler start-up, testing and commissioning with training and O&M manuals.
