Anyone proposing to lay, construct, maintain, or repair cable, conduit, or pole lines in, under, across, or along the roads, streets, and drainage ditches of Fort Bend County applies for a right-of-way permit through the County Engineering Department. The County requires a performance bond filed before work begins.
