Capsule Filters

The contractor must provide capsule filters meeting specified salient characteristics: Versapor membrane (acrylic copolymer on non-woven support), self-contained disposable polypropylene housing, effective filtration area ≥700 cm², 1/8 in. MNPT inlet/outlet connections, maximum operating temperature ≥88°C, maximum operating pressure ≥3.4 bar at ambient temperature, 0.45 µm pore size, flow rate ≥500 mL/min, and meeting vendor tested limits of detection for stated analytes. All filters per delivery order must be from the same lot/run with same capsule and membrane lot numbers. The contractor must supply 50 capsule filters per lot at no cost for QA testing.
