The 341st Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) needs a comprehensive engineering/topology plan to integrate 58 facilities into the central EMCS/COIN network, alongside cyber risk mitigation and software patching in accordance with the attached PWS.

The contractor shall physically assess the 58 requested buildings, provide a cost, scope and overall design/topology plan for connecting them to the current EMCS/COIN network, assess each facility's risks and vulnerabilities, develop cyber solutions, and provide quarterly software and security updates. The assessment work must be completed within 180 days of award, and a software maintenance agreement is for 12 months from award.
